Why are chobots starting rumors?

Hello Chobots!

Why are people, starting rumors about agents?
The reason is as followed,
-Jealousy
Why are they Jealous?
Because they want to be an agent.
And when you start rumors, it doesn't help you become and agent what so ever.
In fact, its Against the rules. One of the rules says, "Teasing Users with Conversation and/or actions is Not permitted.
So please don't start rumors.
